At Moveclean, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return policy for eligible products. Please read this policy carefully to understand your rights and our return procedures.
2. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- Time Frame: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery
- Product Condition: Products must be unopened and in their original sealed packaging
- Packaging: Original packaging must be intact and undamaged
- Proof of Purchase: You must provide a valid order confirmation or receipt
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Products that have been opened or unsealed
- Products with broken or damaged seals
- Items returned after 30 days from delivery
- Products purchased from unauthorized resellers
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper storage
- Free promotional items or samples
4. How to Initiate a Return
To start your return process, please follow these steps:
- Step 1: Contact our customer service at community@moveclean.world with your order number and reason for return
- Step 2: Wait for our team to review your request and provide a Return Authorization Number (RAN)
- Step 3: Pack the product securely in its original packaging
- Step 4: Include the RAN clearly visible on the outside of the package
- Step 5: Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team
Important: Do not send products back without first obtaining a Return Authorization Number. Unauthorized returns may not be processed.
5. Return Shipping
Regarding return shipping costs:
- Defective Products: We will cover return shipping costs for products that arrived damaged or defective
- Change of Mind: You are responsible for return shipping costs if you simply changed your mind
- Wrong Item Sent: We will cover return shipping if we sent the wrong product
We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
6. Inspection and Processing
Once we receive your returned item:
- Our team will inspect the product within 5 business days
- You will be notified via email about the status of your return
- If approved, we will process your refund
- If rejected, we will contact you with an explanation and options
7. Refund Process
Once your return is approved:
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Processing Time: Refunds typically process within 5-10 business days
- Bank Processing: Additional time may be required for your bank to post the credit
- Refund Amount: The product purchase price will be refunded, excluding original shipping costs (unless the return is due to our error)
8. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product:
- Contact us immediately upon discovery (within 48 hours of delivery if possible)
- Provide photos of the damage or defect
- Include photos of the packaging if the damage occurred during shipping
- Keep all original packaging materials until the issue is resolved
We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
9. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange a product for a different item:
- Please initiate a return following the process above
- Place a new order for the desired product
- We do not process direct exchanges
10. International Returns
For orders shipped internationally:
- The same 30-day return policy applies
- You are responsible for all return shipping costs
- Any customs duties or import taxes paid are non-refundable
- Refunds will be issued in the original currency of purchase
11. Cancellation Before Shipping
If you wish to cancel your order before it has shipped:

- If the order has not been processed for shipping, we can cancel and issue a full refund
- If the order has already shipped, you will need to follow the standard return process

13. FTC Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule (United States)
If we accept payment for merchandise and provide a shipping or delivery date, we will ship within that time or, if no date was stated, within 30 days, as required by the Federal Trade Commission's Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule (16 C.F.R. Part 435). If we cannot ship on time, we will obtain your consent to a delayed shipment or cancel your order and provide a prompt refund. This rule applies to merchandise ordered by mail, internet, or telephone for personal, family, or household use.
